For those clients, or associates, who employ their own copy of the G-MARC software, ISA provides instant, 'normal working day', telephone, fax or e-mail based support capability, to ensure the rapid resolution of any operational problems. Fees for this type of support are billed, in advance, on an annual basis.

The Hotline service provides, in addition, regular updates to your G-MARC software (free of additional charges) in order that you are always working with the latest facilities. Your existing database is automatically updated upon receipt of each software update. Just call if you need help.
